NEW Tournament Updates

1.Tournament Equipment
It is now mandatory for female chest protectors to be used by all female kumite competitors (aged 12 and above) in Karate Ontario competitions.

2.Tournament Equipment
It is now mandatory for the instep foot protectors to be worn by kumite competitors ages 14 and up in Karate Ontario competitions.

3.New Weight Divisions KOA will be introducing new weight divisions at the next Grand Prix (November). These weight divisions will mirror changes at the National and International levels. More info to come ...
